# Second City Sisters

> We're a new group of queer nuns.  We take lifelong vows to spread joy, erase guilt, and serve the LGBTQIA+ communities in the Chicago area.  We come from all walks of life and have no spiritual or religious affiliation.  Each Sister (or Brother, Pastor, Reverend, Deacon, Guard, Rabbi, Imam, etc) brings their own ministry and experience.  Together we seek to use the power of laughter and joy to uplift the hearts and lives of the often marginalized and outcast.
