The Second City Sisters is a queer organization of secular nuns that vows to promulgate universal joy and expiate stigmatic guilt throughout the North, South, and West sides of Chicago and surrounding communities. Using our hallmark irreverent wit and parody, we combat shame and exclusion for all people, with a particular focus on the LGBTQ+ community. We are guided in our work by our central values of activism for justice, service, community, and self-expression.
